just got back from shopping for almost the whole day. got only a piece of camisole from guess at 70% off. their sale rocks lor. really cut 70% str. from 75.9 to 22.8 realised its prob only 5 bucks more than a gio cami? i'd rather spend on a guess top. jing got the same one n another hotpink rockstar top. which was after much persuasion by her mom. eventually she went hm with 2 other camis which was the same as the one bought previously but diff colors.. her mom is so cute! met my own mom ltr on cuz she wanted to go shopping. while waiting for her i browsed thru this bk called foreign babes in beijing which i found rather interesting. abt a caucasian actress doing chinese porn flicks. what caught my attn was actually the way she brought out the characters. very realistic. but only managed to read one chpt before mama arrived. combed taka n tangs n then met papa for dinner at scotts. finally reached hm n typing this now.

alroghts so for the past few days ive been stuck at expo hall 1 doing registration booth duties. i was the official burner. meaning... i get to produce the cds which would cost 240 (if it contains only info on one session) n 2800 for content of all sessions. the conference itself costs 400bucks. but hte great thing was tt we get to slack almost 70% of the time! the queue we anticipated nv came.. perhaps only 1 or 2 in the waiting line who would be served in the next 20secs. still it was fun cuz for the free time we had we got to interact with each other n found out more abt each individual. even played zong ji mi ma in the last 2 hrs on wed cuz there was almost nobody coming to the conference. everyday we'll just wait for the big guy with the lunch packets to come.. on some days the food was really horrible. fortunately, there was still milo, ribena n chrysanthemum to neutralise the after taste.. life is rather good there. except for the early mornings. then on 2nd last n last day some of us went to kope the refreshments for the delegates n there were mini apple crumble (tts my fav!), donuts n soon kuey. literally picnic-ing behind the ocunters! tok cok, eat n drink. fun! oh ya some guy from the contractors side was interested in ljun (my DOS colleague) too n she was so embarassed abt it! the whole situation was so amusing cuz i kept saying she attracts either ah peks or big round guys in which she was rather sian diao abt. poor girl haha.
the last day was one of our supervisor's burfday too n we had a surprise celebration for her. did the same to another sup on tues too. realised tt the ppl in SES are actually qt nice. not those stone stone kind like my previous boss. at least they've got vy good PR skills. noes how to tackle n manage ppl well. i feel good working under these ppl. those admin cum accounts kind ah.. really cannot make it lor. got choc cake n muffins from coffeebean plus delicious chicken wings. yummy. then at abt 5pm on the last day, we left the booth n walked ard the exhibition. our hall was so so boring la! hall 3 was super happening.. got all the showgirls from sony ericsson, LG, panasonic(of which i met hwa swan she was one of the showgirls), samsung n motorola. pretty pretty.. n all were like over 165 -_-. felt rather puny there hehe. but most of all the phones were the largest attraction (though it doesn't seem true for the old uncles as there was a sudden human jam when we passed by sony ericsson's angmoh showgirls -_-) some of the phones weren't coming to singapore.. while others are prob hitting the markets in Q4. all of them so pretty! though i still prefer N6680. which costs 798 T_T
ha. finally reached hm at 730 on thurs n got to rest....
stepping into a new phase. or rather the not-so-anticipated phase.
