10 days.

good charlotte on tues. horrifying but afterall a good experience. 14 yr old kids.. oh man. i was like one of the oldest at the gig. oh my. n im only 19. reached indoor stadium at abt 10am to queue n there were like 10+ ppl in front of me but thats like normal. until abt 4pm grps of kids kept joining ppl in front so the back ppl got pissed n moved forward. our grp decided to take over the space of some kids who went away n so we stood up. never did we expect the rest behind to stand up with us as well. it was like going to war man. but we quickly found a corner to settle down n left the rest to argue n fight. they were totally screaming n yelling at each other. 2 hrs before the show. so we had to endure ppl's butts in our faces for 2 whole hours just because they refused to settle down in case their first row got snatched by other ppl. like wth lor. if u really wanted to get first row why din u come at 6am. n the worse was that the security cudn do anything. perhaps these kids are only afraid of their teachers. they din even condone off the queue which was partly the reason why the back ppl cud so easily move to the front. so we waited till abt 7 when the gates opened. the security was so tight that all items on ur body has to be surrended. that included metal belts, spike bracelets, metal chains etc.. hahaha. those poser kids in the end still lost their first row. simply cuz of their overdone accessories. though with our tanks, jeans n sneakers, we din end up at a very gd place either. somewhere in the third row. stuck among 14 yr olds screaming foe benji n joel. -_-" the mosh was crazy man. there was this lady who wore clubbing gear (stilletos, bohemian earrings n umpire top) to the gig. n she kept stepping on my baobei sneakers. urgh. she gave another jab to viv's ribs too n squashed jing so so flat. when the hsow started we cudn even survive for more than 10 mins cuz we merely heard the girls screming for joel or benji AGN, so we squeezed our way outta the mosh.
ok enough for the kaobei, the gig was more of an opening act rather than the show itself. disappointing. but it'd prob be better than simple plan's though i din go for tt. any band can be better than them. oops. i shan't start ranting abt them agn. alrights GC(as wat their fans call them) did hitlist songs like lifestyle for the rich n the famous, i just wanna live, boys & girls.. others included wandering, chronicles of life n death. sadly they missed the anthemn which i tot was a gig kinda track.. so when the show ended me n jing were like thats it? oh man. we're overpriced. nic n viv stayed on after the hsow to catch the band members while me n jing went home. cheerios to the 2 who waited cuz they got a pic with benji in the end. n his autograph. got them at thumper when the crew went out for drinks that night. they must be happy like mad.
if only that night was lost prophets' gig.. nvm shall wait. one day they'll be here. if not i'll go to wales :D
